3 YEAR OLD PROGRAM
In 2024 we offer two 3yo program sessions [equating to 15 hours of fully funded program per week].
* Monday & Wednesday 7.5 hour sessions.
Since 2023 the Victorian State Government has fully funded one year of 3yo and one year of 4yo kinder for children, two years before they enter school. We and other services meet the balance of costs through charging fees and fundraising activities.
Our 7.5 hour Day Routine | 2024
8.15am or 8.30am Children arrive, unpack belongings and sit on the
welcome mat for songs and sharing time
8.50am Outside play
10.20am MORNING TEA
10.40am Mat / Group Learning time
11.00am Inside Play
12.15pm Pack up
12.30pm Mat time - music and movement
12.50pm LUNCH
1.20pm Rest time [relaxation music, quiet reading]
1.40pm Group project ie. science, cooking, gardening, group art work
2.40pm AFTERNOON TEA
3.00pm Outside play
3.45pm Story time / Home Time
4.00pm Home time
