Our team of exceptional Educators and Assistants at Yackandandah Kindergarten are all suitably qualified to work in a licensed children’s service. The kindergarten programs are led by a degree-qualified early childhood teacher (the Educator) and supported by wonderful Assistants. 

 

All our staff members hold current First Aid, Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates. They also hold a current Working With Children Card and have undergone a Police Check.  Our teachers hold registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

 

We are passionate about helping to nuture the next generation of teachers, so often we take on students studying at La Trobe, Charles Sturt University or Wodonga TAFE, giving them hands-on practical experience to help them complete their qualifications.
